Staying Active

It wasn't the best day as I only have the minimum of 5k for yesterday. No excuses here just a simple shame on me. The good news is I had some things done that brought me satisfaction and rewards. Besides the scale this morning has smiled to me, which is good news.

After skipping walking I hoped on my bike and started pedaling keeping the pace as steady as possible so I've managed to pedal for 35 minutes which meant 17.79km.

Monitoring your performance is actually a good thing. You know where you stand and you can do better next time. It's way better than just let things happen and go with the flow. We're doing this for ourselves and not just for the sake of logging and activity.

Faking something can work on many levels but when it comes to weight loss and health, there's no faking. The scale is going to show you the truth, just how it's showing me every day. Plus the longer you wait, the harder it gets.

This is a reminder for me so I don't get lazy as usual 😜.

Ok, let's see some photos because I'm also an amateur photographer and love to take photos of everything I find interesting.

This photo was taken in the park a few days ago when I was experimenting something. I put my phone on the ground and tried to take a shot focusing on the rocks but did a crappy job. I should have laid down to take a better shot 😁 that at least would have counted as sport.

This was an interesting tree, kind of twins if you think of it. I loved it.

This shot was taken for learning purposes. I'm learning to draw and observing nature helps me learn. It's amazing how much you can improve just by looking at leaves, flowers, shades etc.
