My Actifit Report Card: oktober 7 2018

No training this Sunday, just a nice walk through the forest.

Since the summer season is over, the weekend training sessions have ended as well. Since I didn't feel well last days I haven't been outside a lot. Fortunately I feel better now and the weather was still OK. Actually I didn't know there were so many nice walking routes around my house, so all in all a great experience!
