Fine rainy active Saturday with some hill climbing
A typical scene from yesterday's morning run uphill Pograjska gora, also called St. Lovrenc hill because of the little church at the top of it, dedicated to St. Lawrence, of course.
The wall around the church was our finish line. The course was mostly in the woods and over the roots and very steep.
This was the nicest and flatest part.
Back to the start where we've had a proper starting gate and a time trial start.
Fast forward to the finish, 1.7 kilometers away and 430 meters higher.

Good 23 minutes for a fast uphill hike. I like it.
This was an immediate reward when I came back down to the event area.
And a great meal to follow it.

The organizers did a great job overall. I will gladly return to this event.
