Lots going on, no activity
Monday:
How come you have a low activity count yet you were in action all day long?
Because all the action was sedentary, of course. Managing projects at work, going to the parents' meeting at school, working behind the computer at home. Evening walk and run saved the day.
Tuesday:
It started with a doggy walk in a fresh and misty morning.
