My Actifit Report Card: December 5 2018
What a wet wet wet day. Went to work in the dark and the rain. And then it hammered down again all day. Boo- no escape on a lunchtime walk for me.
Instead I walked in circles in the office whilst writing my to-do list, (driving everyone mad!) And then when the rain stopped this evening, I wandered in circles around the lit parts of our tiny town just to reach my minimum 5k steps. Honestly though- the fire was beckoning me home the whole time!
This time next week I will be at the end of my first day as a self employed writer and artist, and I can't wait. For the first time in 12 years, I'll have the luxury of getting outside for some exercise in the winter daylight. Cannot wait!
So... here's today's puny report... but it won't be long before I can really hit my stride!
