Ahhh, British drizzle, you've got to love it! Yep, another wet day here in Devon, but I was keen to escape the office at lunchtime, get some steps in and capture some photos of the divine Dartington gardens for you.
Tiny splashes of pattern and colour kept catching my eye... and then just as I turned to head back, the sun tried to come out.

When it's wet and windy outside and you're stuck indoors with the kids, it can be tricky to find ways to entertain them

Thanks Ren. Yes it was soggy, but a nice bit of fresh air. There are a few of those little camelias out early, brave little things! I love seeing that splash of colour! E x

The carved swans are really nice, and that ball shape carving is fascinating - you kind of want to roll it off down a hill! Excellent bit of exercise as well.

Haha you're so right about the ball... I always just want to set it off down the hill like a giant bowling ball! I love the swan fountain- lovely, restful place and there's usually a robin there too 😀
