Extreme Jogging - Actifit Report Card: 7 Oct 2018 - Day of play!
It is interesting that since I've installed the Actifit App for the first time, I've become a lot more aware where and when I move. I've always been active, but didn't realise that through various activities I do at least 10k steps a day anyway!
It is becoming summer here in South Africa and today was no exception. I started the day playing in an outside gym with the kids, then walking in the garden, played cricket twice and went for a swim. I also went for a quick run with the dog. I just love summers and long days! ;)
