Ciao a tutti! Oggi vi lascio una foto di un piatto che ho mangiato l'altro giorno in un ristorante in provincia di Arezzo.
Ravioli fatti in casa ripieni di carbonara, con condimento di pecorino e guanciale...
Praticamente è stata la festa 🎊 delle papille gustative! Niente da aggiungere!

    Il ristorante si chiama osteria del vino e si trova a Laterina (Ar), giusto per fare un po' di pubblicità dato che è di un mio amico e per qualche mese ci ho pure lavorato.
