병원갈 일이 있어 운동삼아 걸어갔다 왔습니다.
편도 20분정도 걷는 것도 날이 더우니 그늘 찾아다니게 됩니다 ㅋㅋ

저녁에는 컷트하러 간 김에 한 바퀴 도는데 땀이 엄청나네요. 그래도 주말에 만보 오랜만이라 좋군요.

특별히 시간내서 운동하기 어려우니, 기회나면 걷는 방향으로 해야겠습니다.
