I feel much better today and my energy is getting better. I even went to the gym today and I wss feeling so good afterward 😊

I have not, no. Mostly just walking dogs.
I was hoping to do a quick stretch post walk.. and then do a 10 minute basic/beginner yoga or twice a week but week 1 was too many conflicting things in one week to get into that groove..
Walking dogs is a great activity too! I'm sure you have to chase them as well :)
I hope you will get more opportunities to do some exercises :) And keep it up for the rest of the year too!
