My Actifit Report Card: april 9 2019

So today I have been really busy with my upcoming ebooks and they are soon ready for launch.

Now that means I was not out walking as much.

But here is some pictures anyway.

So this is the park where I made todays pushups.

And when I went to the gym after working on my ebooks in the library until they closed, I decided to go on the treadmill, so this is me at the gym.

So I made just over 6 kilometers in 40 minutes on the treadmill, while holding the phone in my hand to count the steps.

Well that's it for today.
