My Actifit Report Card: July 9 2019

So today have been a bit chilly weather, but I am still wearing shorts, it's summer and I am a Swedish Viking.

I made my pushups for seven77 and also a short video with some nice pigeons that I uploaded on Appics, plus I have continued to be very busy with my project.

And here are some pictures from today.

The pigeons from Kronobergsparken on Kungsholmen, these are the ones from the video, but in a different location in the same park.

And I made my pushups in the outside gym.

I see you. 😱😱💨

And the canal between Kungsholmen and the mainland, with Karlbergs castle, and over the canal and onwards.
