My Actifit Report Card: November 1 2018 No#1 4,3km
When I started running today, I noticed that my last run was on 4th of October. This is not the idea I intended initially when start Actifit. So I will set some goals today:
All I learned about goal setting is that they have to be SMART.
Specific
Measurable
Attraktive
Realistic
Timed
There are 9 weeks left in 2018. My goal is to run 2 times each week at least 4km each, resulting in 18 posts with 72km. This is No #1 4,3km.
Only 17 and 67,7km to go. 🙄💪😊
