My Actifit Report Card: november 27 2018
Well I'm feeling much better than yesterday. I bought some chicken to make chicken soup just in case as several have suggested to me. Today I went shopping and I also had a late night walk. All in all pretty good!

If you make real chicken soup from a chicken carcass, I will be super impressed.

Here is my preparation of the chicken soup :) I just need to add water, and heat it up!
