My Actifit Report Card: maart 4 2019
Nice late night walk. I was afraid that we would be having a lot a rain this week. But today we only had a tiny bit of that. I hope the following days we'll have similar wheather. My mother supports me in trying to live in a more healthy way. So she made me some fresh brocolli soup. It was great!

Nice steps buddy, that soup looks delicious! Nothing wrong with eating healthy. When the grandkids were here we ate a lot of Burger King and McDonald's, my body said 🤪 I am happy to be eating healthy again
