Spent my day doing house chores. Was indoors all day and got bored at some point. Got out to prune some trees and sweep around. Also burn some leaves which had gathered under some trees. What I did was physical, but I hear it’s not exercise. I was told doing physical job or work is different from doing exercise, so it doesn’t matter how strenuous your work is, you need real exercise too. Have a goodnight wherever you are.
