My first run in ages!
Not a step count to be really proud on but I did something, promised this morning, what I haven’t done in ages!
I did go out for a run! It was only 2.1 km and took only 16 minutes. That is an average speed of 7.4 km/h!
Top speed was 13.2 km/h. Don’t know how acceptable that is!
Curious how I will be feeling tomorrow! I do expect muscle aches. I will try to do a quick run tomorrow morning before going to work. But that looks impossible at the moment.
The best thing is that the start has been taken. Now I have to hang in there and build it up slowly!
Pretty proud on myself!
