폭염이 한참입니다.. 더운 날씨에 운동을 하는 것이 쉽지는 않네요

겨우 오천걸음을 넘겼네요

특별히 마음가짐을 가지지 않으면 기록을 만드는 것이 어렵습니다...

출퇴근 기본 걸음이 정확히 오천인 듯 합니다
