My Actifit Report Card: November 27 2018
I had an out of schedule class today. A small group of people who work in the same place and they were trying on different types of exercise, dancing and fitness. They ordered a fitness dance class from me. So little more rehearsing because it was a special class and it had slightly different choreography than my normal classes.
I had the Fitbit on me for the whole day. As soon as I woke up, I hung it to my shirt. My plan was to take a picture every now and then, so I started with a coffee pic. That's how I always start my days.
But after that one photo, I forgot my plan altogether!
So no pics of Fitbit Zip on my waist, no pics of blurred dancers and no sweaty pic of me through the mirror.
Well, maybe next time! 💃😁
