The choice varies from person to person. My personal choice is outdoor. In retrospect, it's mostly because the outdoor environment makes me feel relaxed and happy. It's warm and cold in March. It's a good time for everything to recover in spring. The scenery of the walking greenway built by the government along the river is even more pleasant. I also tried to go to the gym, but the fitness coach who came up to peddle private lessons from time to time really made me feel stressed, and the "you're not doing the right thing" prompted by others out of kindness also made my psychological load soar, let alone some unpleasant gaze or contempt. As a fat man with a sensitive heart, I would rather face Lingxian's cold wind than other people's eyes. Despite their preferences, objectively speaking, the gym can better avoid the impact of the weather, and professional equipment and coaches can help lose weight, while the outdoor air is fresh and pleasant scenery, how to choose depends on the individual. Fortunately, my place of work is close to the local South Lake scenic spot. Every working day at noon, I walk along the trail behind my unit to the scenic spot, and walk around a river bank in the scenic spot, about 8,000 steps, about an hour. Where I live, downstairs is the Grand Canal. The greenway built by the government allows me to walk along the river. I walk about 10,000 steps every night, but strangely, it always takes 1 hour and 40 minutes. Is it efficient at noon?
