My Actifit Report Card: April 9 2019
I’m in Las Vegas on training. My day started at 7AM and then consisted of sitting in a windowless training room until 4.
When I got back to the room, I only had 3000 steps. So, my wife and I went for a walk up and down the Strip.
I feel much better now!!
Wow from 3000 to 17000 steps is really a great recovery....good yo see that @gikitiki.
