Dobry wieczór Moi Drodzy ☺ Witam Was serdecznie w kolejnym pięknym dniu z Actifit ☺ Dzisiaj rozpocząłem aktywność spacerkiem , później jazda na rowerze a na koniec kręciłem aeroby na steperze i tak oto nazbierała się całkiem przyzwoita liczba punków ☺ Wierzę że i Wy dużo "wypunktowaliście" i życzę Wam z całego serca jak najlepszych rezultatów 💪👍
