My Actifit Report Card: April 12 2019
Today I was able to get a very good activity level. First I was able to take a couple long walks with Brownie. Since it was a little chilly out, Brownie throughly enjoyed the walks and all the new smells, which she had to stop and investigate. I also accomplished my wife on a multi-stop shopping expedition and then helped with some housework. Finally I got a good 35 minutes in on the treadmill. All in all, a pretty active day.
