Tonight I was able to meet my goal of spending at least 40 minutes on the treadmill each day. Add to that a long walk with Brownie after the sun had set and the temperature had cooled off a little. These two activities and my normal daily routine got me over the 10,000 mark for my Actifit report. I'm happy with that.
