There was a lot on the program today. First my workout for the #90dchallenge, then a bit shopping at the market and since I still had some time, I walked 30 minutes in the park...
By the way, there was a lot of protein to eat today: skyr, natural yoghurt, salmon, beans and lentils. yummy
Heute stand ziemlich viel auf dem Programm. Erst mein Workout für die #90dchallenge, dann einkaufen und da ich noch etwas Zeit hatte, bin ich 30 Minuten im Park spazieren gewesen...
Zu essen gab es heute übrigens massig an Proteinen: Skyr, Naturjoghurt, Lachs, Bohnen und Linsen.
