Have you ever imagine your own clock and how does it run from morning to evening. Is it in tune with the clock of nature. If yes then you are running in a normal schedule and if not you have to re-assess and re-schedule else you will somehow may not be in that comfort zone.
The life is really precious and so as the nature and the clock of the nature. There might be many issues in life. But life does not stop just simply because the nature and the universe and the earth does not stop.
