A patient with suspected convulsion

Today morning, one patient came with two bystanders. They informed about the patient as follow:

In last 24 hours he was sick 3 times. He was shaking violently and stiff all limbs. Froth from the mouth. Vomiting after each episode. The patient couldn't recall any of those.

Those are symptoms of convulsion. I referred him to the higher centre.
