My Actifit Report Card: December 3 2018
Today in the gym I did a back and chest workout. All of the exercises were done with bodyweight for resistance. I did pull ups, Australian rows, TRX row and TRX post felt row. And for chest pushups, mountain climber pushups and negative rep pushups. After an hour my upper body felt blasted but as for steps my Fitbit only showed 200steps, such is strength training I guess... Every day after my workout I always take my dog for 30-60min walk and during that walk I ended up hitting the 10k goal. To top off my activities today I did do about 45min of restorative Yin yoga to wind down my day.
