My Actifit Report Card: januari 10 2019
I went to bed now because I'm beaten my legs are hurting like.... it is not good that I did it like that but I need to push through I hope that it don't get any worse other wise I must.. I'm forced to look for another kind of jobs like in the it system administrator perhaps that pays more also. But first I try to hold on to this. Look at my actifit @erikklok because of you I began again with the registration of the steps. From 600 1000.. to 12k. 😂🤣😂🤣 this is a normal workday. 
Well done! You even beat me for this day.
Yeah but look at yesterday 17k that's too much if you used to only walk 600 steps. 😂🤣😂🤣😂

When I work I only get 500 or so. It's just that I'm on holiday now.
