My Actifit Report Card: februari 6 2019

Yeah!! Fitbit is syncing again with actifit. Sometimes it opened the Fitbit app and sometimes a screen flipping. I found a different way just the old Fitbit page refresh and then it would sync. Now it is syncing without doing that great! 😊

Now the steps I'm very glad I only did 8k steps a day. For that I'm grateful some people think yeah but you need 10k steps a day but they don't know of my condition yet. Ah well even the doctor scratches behind her ear, but for that there is also a solution coming up I hope. There is a appointment next week with the hospital normally there is a big line with a month wait time. Now within 2 weeks great but it is still the first appointment so I don't know what it is yet only a nod and a talk or scans or surgery. Well u think it will be a talk first.

My pressure is a bit on the high side but still manageable I think but I'm ... tired so I'm already in bed. Hoping I can do some more blogging and streaming tomorrow.

My heart rate is a bit on the high side it's because I work a bit on the high side and that's why I'm totally worn down I think. After a heavy concussion I can't really do high work anymore but still doing it because it must be done. 15 metres high is still high, but I'm in the biggest high worker of the construction site and it's like a small room that I can lift up high in the air, make it bigger and I can drive also when I'm so high so that's also good. Today I was working at the led lights again.

But today only 8k steps yeah!!!
