My Actifit Report Card: August 7 2019
Here i am and let the picture talk for itself. It was way to heavy today but I'm done. Now a bit of asleep and it's work again. It's fun doing stuff with the colleague when we are riding together but it's like this. You are bounded you can't come later because of hurting legs but still want to work so you work less and less. Of course I take care of myself before you know it there is some one knocking on the door, but sometimes it is hard.
