Not a great stepcount today but not too bad. Didn't have any lectures/seminars and nor did I have a run planned. I did have a meeting in the morning on campus, and then I made sure to keep on my feet moving for the rest of the day - mostly doing house chores in between Uni work. I also went to the shops this evening to grab some more Soya Milk as I ran out this morning.
Tomorrow I again don't have any lectures, but I'll go for a run in the morning. About 15km at endurance pace, but as I'm starting to feel a lot better I'll incorporate some surges into it. I'd like to get up nice and early to get the effort out the way, but seems unlikely as my housemates are being noisy.
