My Actifit Report Card: 02/03

Quite an active day today. Did Parkrun in the morning as per usual for a Saturday, but then after finishing instead of slowly walking back to the house, I went off and ran another 5km to up the mileage a little. Then I watched the cycling, both the UAE Tour and Omloop Het Nieuwsblad classic, whilst getting some work done. My evening consisted of yet more work, and now I'm winding down playing some more Pro Cycling Manager.

I got an email today reminding me that the Southampton Marathon is only 9 weeks away, and I'm starting to get a little anxious. Tomorrow I'm going to do a long run, and do a repeat of the effort I tried to do on Tuesday but hopefully without the heat I can go one better.
