My Actifit Report Card: 07/03

Not a particularly active day today, and for the first day in some while I've failed to hit 10k steps. I had a Coursework Deadline at 3PM today so the morning was spent almost entirely just finishing off my assignment, and then it was tough to build up the steps after that. No run as I'm giving myself a couple of days rest, and the weather wasn't great so I didn't fancy taking the dogs out for longer than usual in the Afternoon.

Tomorrow is another day! I'll make sure I get to at least 10k, and as I'm not pressured with a deadline and I'm pretty much finished constructing my dissertation dataset, I'll have a lot more time!
