今日星期日休息，早上和小朋友去商场行了一圈，买了一点零食，由于天气太热买了一箱雪糕回家放冰箱。孩子们都喜欢食雪糕，当然是非常之开心了。
下午太热了去同学家裏饮茶避暑，傍晚的时候和两个同学一齐去芙蓉度假村游水。游泳是一项很健康的运动，而且是减肥的很有效的运动方法。我记得在六七岁的时候我大伯带我們去学游水，两三天我們已经学会了蛙泳了。
