今天用更新后的partiko的iOS版本发帖，选择了积分换点赞的功能，但是帖子一发点赞就马上来了而不是在15分钟之后才过来点赞。不是说发帖后的15分钟之内的点赞无效吗？
还是说现在steem上15分钟之内点赞奖励回到奖金池得这个限制已经取消了？
