今天的actifit终于重回一万步。傍晚出门跑步🏃，没有之前这么大口喘气了，还得坚持运动提高肺活量，在埃塞这高原跑步真是累的，好在一旁的埃塞人不断鼓励才坚持下来一千米。等以后跑得没这么累了再练练俯卧撑吧，一步一步来。
