原来是黄姜粉啊，谢谢啦。我在超市买过米，只放水，煮好之后真的黏不起来
飯的黏度，對馬國人來說是一個很大的“問題”，因為太容易煲爛。基本上跟火力和水份有莫大關係。我們如果煲泰國米，水份要少才不會太黏。你可以試試看多水，小火，煲久一些就可能會黏了吧🤗
