My Actifit Report Card: March 4 2019
晚班下班的时候，由于自己的车在车场长时间没有开过了，打算开回去让车也转动转动防止电瓶没电和车具的预热，可一场悲剧发生了，电瓶电量太低无法启动！心想这下可麻烦，这时正好震哥，全成和技术部冠杨大哥看到后喊上准备走的几位兄弟准备推车发动，可是一连几个来回还是不能发动，冠杨大哥说看来是电瓶“亏”电亏的严重了，然后全成说以前对这方面有研究和操作过，就把自己的车开过来进行电瓶对电瓶连电发动，找来铜线后在两位的指导协助下车辆发动起来了！中间耽误了半个多小时，大家都是帮我想办法解决，如果没有他们的帮助就无法解决这个问题，同时也给他们表示了感谢。自己通过这件事也进行了总结分析一个星期最少发动一次以及平时的保养，不在没有发动的时候长时间使用电源等等，这样可能对电瓶也能起到一定的保护。i
今天上班的的时候和前几天一样只穿了一件卫衣，刚出门的时候不觉得冷但是到大马路上，突然感到一丝凉意扑来，不得不把准备晚班下班用的外套穿上，是真的比前几天冷。今天开会影哥也说到了天气温度这块，并在班前会也给大家做了提醒，还给保洁部，保安部，一楼，专门提醒道天气温度落差，工装可以提前换或者里边加衣服等等；前几天一楼换装后穿的是高跟鞋，大哥们考虑到女孩们太累，并沟通善国让把一楼中转站放一把凳子，大家可以报备轮流休息会，一点以后可以换上平底鞋等等，是多么的人性化管理，像这样的事情还有很多没有等大家开口说，大哥们已经早已提前考虑到；关心员工，爱护员工，就像十根手指，那根手指受伤了，其实也疼在心里！
