My Actifit Report Card & Fitness Tips: October 9 2018

Hope you all are doing well with your Fitness using an amazing app called as Actifit. I also enjoying this app for tracking my fitness daily and earning tokens. Today, I have achieved 10k Activity Score and I want you to give few tips about fitness. This post is going to be dedicate to all women who are craving to get fit and shape their bodies.


As all of you know, Fitness is a fatigue and hell tedious process. It needs your patience and continuity in this process in order to get desire body shape by the time. I notice, numbers of women leave meals and become hungry throughout the day with less meal. Not working as per their bodies so that they can get instant result of fitness. You know what all the things are wrong, you can't get good shape of body instantly by doing such stupidity.

I'm gonna share some tips for new-age women who don't have time for fitness but they want to be fit any way. Look down below,

Eat Healthy Breakfast

Eating healthy means getting healthy body. Breakfast is a must-have meal of the whole day so never try to leave at any cost. Make sure you are eating healthy food with rich of nutrition. You need energy for working all the day so breakfast is a thing which help to stay active.


Hydrate your body

You need a lot of water as your body needs it to become healthy and active. You can't be active and fit without getting yourself hydrate. Drink 12 glass of water with equal intervals. You lose a lot of water when you work or exercise so make sure you are hydrating yourself.


Don't eat Junk Food

Junk Food is all time favorite of all age group women but it effects your body badly by the time. It is just a taste not what you need for your body to keep it healthy and active for a long run. Juts Quit it and Replace it with Healthy Snacks.


Follow Exercise Pattern

You need to tone the body by exercising. It can be simple as what you want or follow a proper structured exercise pattern. Just keep it simple. Do some walk or run on daily basis. Be Regular in it.


Quit Carbs Eat

Carbs make you inactive, sluggish, and unhealthy. You get a quick fat so just stop to eat chocolate, white or dark one chocolate, cookies, and honey. Don't used to eat excessively.
