My Actifit Report Card: April 11 2019

Today I ran in the morning, did a black out hard workout at lunch and walked around my office and house doing activities all day long.

It wasn't my biggest step day but it was a good one.

This sunday I am running the 10km Vancouver Sun Run; Can't wait to report how I did!

    Thanks its usually a good time. My office mates are dressing up like Frozone and Mr. incredible from The Incredibles to run the race. Should be hilarious

        Yup. Havent run that distance in about 1 year, since last Sun Run. But Ill be ok. I bet 54 mins run time. Hopefully even better.
