My Actifit Report Card: April 12 2019

Today was my first real rest day in a long while and I still went for three walks and did my chest at the gym.

The closest thing to an aerobic workout I did today was the short walk from bus to home, through my local park.

Here is a photo from that little journey.

I took the day off my usual insanity at lunch so as to let my legs rest in anticipation of Sunday which is my 10km race.
