Church Camp Day 4: Dance, Race and Fight | Actifit: July 11 2019

Another day another Village church "Out of Water" camp adventure.

Today was crazy hair day, and Hazel danced on stage in front of the entire camp!

Today was amazing for many reasons, the kids I am working with seem to really be opening up with me, and we are building bridges. I am encouraging them and they are growing in excitement about their ability to give back.

These are 7 and 8 year olds but today I had maybe 10 of them tell me they want to be leaders like me when they are a bit older. I hope that ends up being the case cause each of them could be great at that.

And to see their eyes when someone believes in them... Very special.

Also wow is it tough work, I stepped more than 18,000 steps today, according to my Garmin.

Today's activity included dancing, running, walking, wrestling, carrying, and moving furniture for household chores... I am done.

    Ive been fighting bad diet and slow weight gain but I feel strong and fast.
