Run & Swim | Actifit: August 6 2019

Today I was back at work, although the long weekend had left a sleepiness over me so that I was not as productive as I might have wanted.

Other than that I was able to hammer out a 5.5 km run, push ups and a decent diet day.

For food I am trying to eat high protein and fat but low carbs. Therefore I ate meat, meat, meat and yogurt, and some fruit and veggies. I wasn't perfect but it was a good day for intake and output.

Now as I write this I am kicking back watching Hazel learn to swim. She is learning so fast. And I am with Angela and Lumina. #lucky

In other news, Bitcoin is flying! Too bad Steem wasn't following. Been listening to some BTC moon boys and they are saying the charts are looking good, and I am feeling very hopeful. Are you?

Do you expect upward or downward movement for BTC in the coming days?
