Picnic in the Park | Actifit: August 7 2019

Today was a great day, I accomplished a lot at work, including a hard work out and a new personal best on bench press.

Also I met up with several friends and family for a picnic in the park after work.

Additionally I spent the day fasting and wow that was tough so I felt great after it was over. And at our park picnic I ate like a starving man, cause I was breaking the fast.

All in all, it was quite a day. Night guys.
