If you want to change the world, start with yourself. After all, the world is united / the one / unanimous and everything in it is interconnected, you may not even notice / see it. You may not believe this, but the laws of the universe always work, without exceptions.
If you do not develop - you degrade. In the meantime, when you are degrade - someone develops and succeeds) If you want other results - do other things that you have not done before. Success is achieved by the one who makes the same good habits / things every day. One of them is walking / running. Thanks to walking / running - your lymph is cleared and you become more healthy and active, energy appears, positive, energy of action. You feel you can do more. You feel that you can do anything.

Хочешь изменить мир - начни с себя. Ведь мир - един и всё в нём взаимосвязано, хоть ты даже можешь и не замечать это. Ты можешь в это не верить, но Законы Вселенной работают всегда, без исключений.
Если ты не развиваешься - ты деградируешь. А пока ты деградируешь - кто-то развивается и добивается успеха) Если ты хочешь других результатов - делай другие вещи, которых ты не делал раньше. Успеха добивается тот кто делает ежедневно одни и те же полезные привычки/вещи. Одна из них - ходьба/бег. Благодаря ходьбе/бегу - твоя лимфа очищается и ты становишься более здоровым и активным, энергия появляется, позитив, энергия действия. Ты чувствуешь что можешь больше. Ты чувствуешь что можешь всё.
Сделаем мир чуть лучше)

It is winter in Ukraine and there is a lot of snow and it is difficult to walk in heavy Steel boots, but I try) it's better than nothing;) but I need to try harder and not relax)

Sounds intense, so how long can you stay out in the cold for before you have to get back inside? You should snap some photos and add it to your next actifit post so we can see how crazy the snow is :)
I think about two hours of uninterrupted walking) my phone is often treacherously discharged after updates. I will try not to forget to take a picture of the crazy snow :)

2 hours is quite a bit of waking especially with heavy boots and in the snow! But like they say pictures or it didn’t happen!
Do you have a fitness goal in mind? Or you just want to be ready for the beach come summer?
