It's not everyday that everyone wants to see you and ask for your advise. Yeah... So I became an advisor today.
Not a Boss but as a Leader, Mentor and to some extent a Friend. I guess what they say about me with my strength.
Handling PEOPLE - Human Engagement is not easy but somehow in able to handle it very well.
I was told empathy is a weakness but to me I chose to believe it's a strength; especially in the society we are today.
So, meeting people is all I did today.
