My Actifit Report Card: November 6 2018
This is my second day after my @actifit comeback yesterday. I have more activities today compared to yesterday. I am happy to accomplish a lot of things.
I did my usual exercise in the morning, as well as my other tasks which contributed to my activity counts today.
Aside from physical exercises, I also did breathing exercises, as well as emotional freedom technique to deal with anxiety.
I also went to the town in the afternoon where I had more amount of walks. Then I traveled to the city for our meeting in sign language. It also required walking.
I got home at night with a lot of walking as well.
That's it for now, and I will be back tomorrow!
