My Actifit Report Card: June 6 2019
I am unable to post my activities yesterday because I am already sleepy that my mind cannot function really well. I almost failed to post tonight again because I tried to stay away from my phone due to lightning and thunder for more than an hour.
Now, I am sharing my activity counts just at above 5100. I am not too active physically today as I am only at home moving around. Still, I managed to do my daily exercises in the morning when I woke up such as stretching, sit-ups, planking, and push-ups. It was followed by my mental and emotional exercises like EFT, breathing exercises, and self-reflexology.
It's already late here, and I am about to sleep now.
