My Actifit Report Card: December 6 2018
This pic is of a Blue-tongued skink that scurried into work lucky I managed to stop the forklift in time not to run over it.
Got off forklift to get it back out side and tried taking some pics they are not the best as it just would not stay still.
Any way another long 11 hour day at work though spent more time on forklifts today as they took one of my workers away to work somewhere else. Now I have his job to do as well :( So only made 13,400 steps today.
yep that time of year again. don't mind the lizards even though they do startle me when i first see them. its the legless relatives that i've never gotten used to. 13k soft!
Yes this one gave me a surprise to. Some times people mistake the Bluey for snakes especially if you only see there tail. And apparently these are ment to keep snakes away so good sign to have them around. Soft as today to much time on forklifts haha.

Man you see the coolest stuff! I would have tried to snatch that skink up for a pet. Probably not the best idea 😂 but hey its cuteee! Great job btw 💪😊🙌

13000 activity count is nowhere near soft, and that is the first I can recall hearing about a skink. @runridefly has spent a lot of time on a forklift, but has never had to watch for skinks.

The skinks are huge. We don’t have anything like that here in California. In Florida, they have alligators and crocodiles.
On Facebook, it’s family and friends, but steemit is friends from around the earth. Way cool

These skinks are of the largest type I believe. We have much smaller ones to. We have Crocodiles in the northern parts of Australia.

And if you were the skink wouldn't you flee in terror too if you suddenly found yourself in the land of the giants with giant machinery :D The shots weren't too bad given the thing was probably scuttling :)
That's a really long work day :S are you going to get your worker back? Otherwise they might need to hire more people.

Thanks and it is not really soft going just @michealb having a jib at me :). Yes I would run trying to find somewhere to hide from those giant things. Yes indeed a long work day I talked to my Boss and he says they will get me a new worker though don't know how long till they do that.
